Cancellation & Refund Policy

In compliance with Section 120 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, guests may cancel bookings subject to reasonable charges.

Standard Bookings

Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before scheduled check-in at 2:00 PM. A full refund will be issued minus a 5% administrative processing fee.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in incur a penalty equal to the first night's room rate. The balance will be refunded.

Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates

Special discount rates that restrict refunds will be identified clearly on the room choice before payment.

Exceptions Under Law

In accordance with Section 120(3) of the FCCPA, no cancellation fee will be charged where a guest cannot honor the booking due to proven hospitalization or death. A full refund will apply.
