Rates and Taxes

All rates displayed on our site are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to applicable Lagos State tourism levies and VAT.

Check-In/Check-Out

Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM (noon). Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.

Guest Behavior

Guests are required to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. We reserve the right to evict any guest whose behavior causes distress, damage, or danger to staff or other guests, without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Cloud Four Hotel Limited is not liable for technical website glitches, lost luggage left unattended in public spaces, or issues arising from third-party booking channels.
